1. Service Description
DinnerMatch organizes curated dinner events where participants meet new people through shared dining experiences across multiple locations.

Each event typically includes:
• Starter
• Main Course
• Dessert
• Afterparty

Participants rotate between locations and meet different groups throughout the evening.

DinnerMatch acts as the organizer of the experience, but is not the host of the private locations where the dinners take place.

2. Participation
Participation is only permitted for individuals aged 18 or older.
Participants must provide accurate and truthful information.
Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own responsibility.

3. Matching Disclaimer
DinnerMatch aims to create compatible groups based on available information.
However, no guarantee is given regarding personal compatibility, experience quality, or social outcomes.

4. Pricing
Participation fees may apply (e.g. 20€ per person).
Prices may vary depending on event and location.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Participants may cancel:

• up to 72 hours before the event → full refund
• 24–72 hours before the event → partial refund (up to 50%)
• less than 24 hours → no refund

Participants may provide a replacement person.

DinnerMatch may offer event credit instead of refunds.

If DinnerMatch cancels the event → full refund or rescheduling.

6. Behavior Rules
Participants must behave respectfully toward others.
Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior may result in exclusion from the event.

7. Liability
DinnerMatch is not liable except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

a) Private Locations
Events may take place in private homes of participants.
DinnerMatch has no control over these locations.

b) Property Damage
Participants are responsible for any damage they cause.
DinnerMatch is not liable for damage to apartments, furniture, kitchen equipment, or personal belongings.

c) Health & Food
Participants are responsible for allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions.
DinnerMatch does not guarantee allergen-free environments.
No liability is assumed for food-related incidents.

d) Participation at Own Risk
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

e) Third-Party Behavior
DinnerMatch is not responsible for the actions or behavior of participants or third parties.

8. Changes & Availability
DinnerMatch reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events if necessary.

9. Final Provisions
German law applies.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
