4. Tickets, Prices and Payment
Participation fees are stated on the respective event or ticket page and may vary depending on the event, location and ticket category.
Unless otherwise stated, a participation place is only confirmed once the required payment has been successfully completed.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
The cancellation and refund conditions applicable to an event are stated on the respective event or ticket page and form part of the booking conditions.
If no separate cancellation conditions are stated, cancellations and refunds are subject to applicable statutory rights.
For events taking place on a specific date, statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply where permitted by applicable law.
6. Participation in Sports and Other Activities
Some DinnerMatch events may include sports, physical activities, coaching or other activities involving physical exertion.

Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by DinnerMatch, coaches, trainers and venue operators.
7. Liability
DinnerMatch is liable in accordance with applicable statutory law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by law.
In particular, liability for injury to life, body or health, as well as liability based on intentional or otherwise legally non-excludable conduct, remains unaffected.
DinnerMatch is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, damaged or stolen during an event unless DinnerMatch is legally responsible for such loss or damage.
